Cole Pelacek Fitness is a 740 Sq Ft facility located underneath The SKIL Dojo in Strathroy, Ontario.

In 2022, with a vision and a dream, I, along with my parents started construction on the Gym which lasted nearly 8 Months in total! While doing this, I was working 3 separate Part-Time jobs, outsourcing equipment for the Gym, collecting various Personal Training Certifications and balancing my passion for Bodybuilding.

What a year it was! Looking back, I have no idea how everything was accomplished in that period of time.

What I want you to know about this Gym is that it is a reflection of who I am as a person and I'm confident that you will experience this as soon as you step through the doors. With that being said, please enjoy this gallery of everything that CP Fitness has to offer at the moment.

Everyday, the CP Fitness Family is growing. I'm striving to create an environment here that sees itself as "More than just a Gym." By training with me, you're part of something ever-changing and expanding that you will be able to witness first hand.
